Cancellation / Return Conditions

General

When you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and distance sales contract provided to you.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and Distance Contracts and other applicable laws.

Shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the buyer, will be paid by the buyers.

Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization shown by the buyer at the specified address within a legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.

If the delivery of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must inform the buyer of this situation within 3 days of becoming aware of it. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.

If the buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.

If it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer for payment has been misused by unauthorized persons and the relevant bank or financial institution does not pay the seller, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, including transportation costs.

If the seller cannot deliver the product due to an unforeseen reason and the product cannot be delivered within the specified period, the situation is notified to the buyer. The buyer can request the cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order, the price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days.

The buyer will inspect the product/service before receiving it; damaged and defective products must be protected by the buyer after delivery. The invoice must also be returned with the product.

The buyer can withdraw from the contract without any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason, by notifying the seller through the contact information below within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date to themselves or the person/organization shown at the address.

No return is available for promotional / discounted products. Changes are made in stock.

Shipping costs are charged to the customer in return and exchange requests.

Return Conditions

The returned product must be sent back with the product label intact and hygiene bands removed, in the transparent protective bag and original packaging/box it was delivered in.

Open the packages you think were damaged during shipping in front of an authorized representative of the delivery company.

Damaged products without a receipt are not accepted for return.

The product must be returned with the invoice. Products that have lost their re-sellability and cannot be sold to another customer are not accepted for return and the price is not refunded.

The price of approved returned products is refunded to you as soon as possible.
