Is there anything I should be careful about when receiving the shipment?
Yes. During shipment, damage to the product may occur due to the courier. Therefore, when receiving the product, check for any dents, tears, or moisture in the package. If such a situation occurs, do not accept the delivery and report it to the courier.
What should I do if the courier delivered the package but I was not at home?
If you are not at home when the courier delivers the package, the package will be delivered to the nearest cargo branch to the reported address. It will be kept at the branch for 3 days. You can pick up the package by going to the branch with your ID number within 3 days. Packages not picked up within 3 days are returned to our company.

How long does it take for the refund to be processed when I cancel my order?
When you cancel your order or return the product, your money is refunded within 7-10 business days from the time the product reaches us.
Within how many days can I return the product I purchased?
You can return the product within 15 days from the time it reaches you.
What should I do if the product I received is defective?
If you return the product within the return period (15 days), the necessary procedures will be carried out and your money will be refunded. If the same product is in stock, you will be informed to place a new order.
